2. Once you have received your RA number, carefully package the item(s) you wish to return and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
